OPENING

In the future, one man controls the world.

Calling himself the Grand Master, he rules with an iron fist of tyranny. Plagued by his insane dictatorship, the world spirals toward cataclysmic annihilation, but somewhere within the insidious corruption, a hero rises from the shadows.

MISSION 00: Investigate the Ancient Ruins	指令００：超古代遺跡調査
"Mysterious encounters in the heart of the jungle."	密林の奥深く眠る古代遺跡の争奪戦。予期せぬ出会いが飛竜を待ち受ける！
Break through the jungle and then infiltrate the ruins!	調査隊の妨害を排しつつ密林を突破。遺跡に侵入し調査せよ。
HIEN "Hiryu, you must stop. The master's already left here. Don't you understand that he is the creator of this world? The ruins, our country, the striders...everything!! Hiryu, stop this. I don't want to fight with you. You are fool..."	飛燕「飛竜、これ以上は無意味だ。あのお方はすでにここを去られたこの世界の全てをお造りになったのは、あのお方なんだぞ。この遺跡も、地上の国家も、軍も、ストライダーズも、俺も、お前もだ。もう馬鹿な真似はよせ、飛竜。戦友とは戦いたくない。」
HIRYU "Tell the master that I am the hunter and he is the game. And Hien, next time challenge me with all your might."	飛竜「素人めいた言葉を吐くな奴に伝えておけ狩るのは俺で狩られるのは貴様だと。飛燕、お前も次は本気で来い。」
HIEN "Hiryu..."	飛燕「飛竜・・・」

MISSION 01: Take out the terrorists who are occupying the city	指令０１：都市占拠テロ殲滅
"Destroy the militia group! Wait...Who is that?!"	巨大都市を破壊する武装集団を叩け！背後で糸を引くのはあの男なのか！？
Come from the lowest point, then destroy the militia.	破壊の進んだ下層部より進入、市街全域から武装集団を一掃せよ。
TON POOH "Ha! You are a fool! Do you really think that you can get close to our lord? The world belongs to him! And so do you, Strider! Ha Ha ha!"	東風「ハッ！阿呆かお前は！お前などがあのお方に近付けるとでも思っているのか？世界はあのお方の掌(て)の中にある。この街の運命も・・・お前の運命もだ、ストライダー！」
HIRYU "No. It is you who will always be a servant to your master."	飛竜「だから貴様は飼い犬なのさ」

MISSION 02: Invade and attack the armed fortress	指令０２：武装城塞侵攻
"Uncover the origins of the distorted technology!!"	懐古趣味の城塞、進化を演じる城主。歪んだ科学技術の出どころを掴め！
Target the underground cavern of the main building.	城壁を越え連絡橋を渡って内郭部に侵入、本館の地下にある大空洞を目指せ。
HERZOG SCHLANGE "You're insanely stupid, Strider! You dare to take on our lord?! Aren't you afraid of dying?!"	タウリンマイアー「馬鹿な・・・！あのお方に歯向かうというのか！お前は死が怖くないのか！！」
HIRYU "I will not die by his or anyone's hand!"	飛竜「貴様の辞世の句ならその程度だろうよ。」

MISSION 03: Infiltrate the research facility	指令０３：極点研究所潜入
"What truths are hidden deep within the ice and snow?!"	南極に築かれた超国家規模の研究所。氷雪に隠されたその真の姿とは！？
Sneak into and then destroy the research facility.	海側から断崖を越え研究施設に侵入、研究内容を破棄し施設を壊滅せしめよ。
PERSON A "What happened? Has the lab in the South Pole been destroyed?"	幹部Ａ「どうした？極点ラボが壊滅？」
PERSON B "What, Hiryu?"	幹部Ｂ「飛竜だと？」
HIEN "He is a survivor of the Striders, just like me."	飛燕「私と同じ、ストライダーズの生き残りです。」
ADMIRAL WILHELM "Let him go for now. We can follow him and learn... However, it doesn't really matter until the lord comes. Now, let's move on..."	議長「少し泳がせておいてもいいだろう。奴の背後関係が知りたい。いずれにせよ、あの方が戻られるまでのことだ。では次の議題・・・」

MISSION 04: Pursue the Flying Battleship Balrog	指令０４：空中戦艦追撃
"The battleship must be stopped at any cost!"	成層圏から地上を支配する超弩級艦。人類の生んだ最大の脅威に飛竜が挑む。
Take out the power reactor of the flying battleship.	空中戦艦バルログを空から急襲、内部より動力炉を破壊、撃沈せよ。
ADMIRAL WILHELM "I don't understand? You have to tell me why. It's a thousand to one. You have no chance to win!"	ウィルヘルム「なぜだ、ストライダー貴様に勝ち目など万に一つもないのだぞ・・・！」
HERZOG SCHLANGE "It is impossible to defeat our lord!"	タウリンマイアー「あのお方に逆らうなど、不可能だ！！」
TON POOH "The world is in his palm."	東風「世界はあのお方の掌の上にある！」
ADMIRAL WILHELM "The military and economy, even science...they're all his."	議長「軍事・経済・科学・・・全てはあのお方のものなのだから」
HIEN "Hiryu, you are just dreaming..."	飛燕「飛竜、お前は夢を見ているんだ　それも悪い夢を・・・」
GRANDMASTER MEIO "Ha ha ha! Are you going to come to the third moon? And kneel down before my feet! Ha ha ha!"	グランドマスター「来るか飛竜、この「第三の月ザ・サードムーン」へ　再・び・余の足元にひざまづくために」

MISSION 05: Terminate the Grand Master	最終指令：グランドマスター抹殺
"The final battle on the Third Moon!"	衛星軌道上の敵本拠「第三の月の都」この戦いが地球と人類の運命を決める。
Infiltrate the base, then terminate the Grand Master!	宇宙船ドックより「第三の月」に侵入、目標「グランドマスター」を抹殺せよ！
GRANDMASTER MEIO "What... What has happened...?! Could you be?! Are you that Hiryu?! The one who appeared before me almost two thousand years ago before I took this world?! Are you going to finish what you couldn't do back then?! Guaaaaaa!"	グランドマスター「余のカドゥケウスが・・・！星への道が・・・！！・・・お前はあの飛竜なのか！？余がこの世界を築くより前・・・二千年の昔に余の前に現れた、あの飛竜なのか！？あの時果たせなかった任務を今ここで果たすというのか！？グァァァァァァ！」
HIRYU "Hiryu to headquarters... Mission accomplished."	飛竜「飛竜より本部へ・・・任務完了。」
