This came out about the same time as the arcade game. It seems to be based more on the NES game than the arcade version, though, because you spend the entire game running through Blue Dragon hallways. It's pretty fun to play, for an LCD-based game.
It is no longer for sale. I can't even remember the last time I saw a Tiger handheld in a store. Still, I found my copy on eBay without too much trouble, so that's your best bet.
